The rooms are very clean the air conditioner was very cold the refrigerator was cold the shower was very hot we were very pleased and the breakfast was wonderful very great service all around would highly recommend and the room was fairly priced
Relaxing bed, nice room seemed like it was remodeled. Rm 110. Pool was nice, only complaint no microwave in room. Tv and cable pkg was awesome. Overall 4 out of 5.
I’m a repeat customer at this Hampton Inn and it is perfect for a local base when visiting relatives. Beds are comfortable, pillows are great, location is convenient. But really it’s the staff that makes me keep choosing this hotel—special recognition for the very kind and capable Katherine at the front desk!
Welcoming staff and spotless suites. Huge thanks to the housekeeping team. They truly deserve praise. Though the suites feature darker wood furnishings, the freshness and cleanliness stand out above all. This was my second stay( suite room). I will keep coming back as long as this cleaning crew is around.
Very spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. WiFi connection was not readily available for me as a guess I had to contact tech support which I think was a bit much. Although Tech support did handle my problem with little to no difficulty I still feel it should have been needed for a hotel chain organization as large as this one. Hotel staff is very nice and approachable happy to help with any request. I enjoyed my stay here on business. I would stay here again. Great area with plenty of parking. Area is safe with plenty of lighting
I rate this hotel highly. I stay at Hilton properties exclusively and Hampton Inns can be a hit or miss. This hotel smells clean as soon as you walk in the door. It feels safe and is clean with a great staff. - Perfect stay in my opinion - Ive marked this as a favorite in the Hilton app and will book next year on my return visit.
This morning there was a rude customer yelling at the frontdesk for no reason and I heard him say he was going to write a bad review so I want to write a good one because we loved the hotel. some people just have no respect for others. She told him over and over and over that she couldn't help him and that the managers aren't there and he wouldn't leave her alone, was disturbing everyone then even fought with another paying customer when she came to the girl s defence. What is wrong with people?! She asked him what he wanted but all he wanted was to cause a scene because he wouldn't even let her help, was just recordering her and asking the same questions over. so anyway it was handled the best she could i appreciate that. Whole hotel was clean and breakfast was good everything was good
I drive 80 miles to stay at this hotel every other month so my granddaughters can swim in the pool. It is very kid friendly and there is a large hot tub for adults.
